The Habitat structure is based on all or part of the STYLTECH process and offers the most efficient system to suit the type of building and can be divided into three distinct categories:
  Light dwellings (of private house type) employing the STYLTECH process in its entirety with assembling by self-piercing screws and profiles forming monolithic assemblies.
  R+1 type dwellings employ the Styltech base plus bolting the roof trusses so as to get perfect compliance with the geometry.
  The R+2 to R+4+roof assemblies employ the paired-cross-piece profile posts-beams system with fill-in units.

STYLTECH is a building concept for architects, suited to all volumes and shapes however complex they may be. It enables designers to express their creativity without in any way affecting the cost of the project. This system results from the ingenious combination of three factors:
  The structure, designed and produced by Profil du Futur in accordance with the technique best suited to the job.
  The internal lining which makes use of the proven technology of plasterboard panels.
  The envelope which comes as required with all forms of material for both roofing, outer walls and floors.

STYLTECH is a construction:
  Dry (speed of fixing and accuracy of the structure in relation to the initial drawings)
  That is environment-friendly (simplified management of site waste because it is minimal and steel 100 % recyclable).
  With very high acoustic and thermal performance (principle of external insulation)
  Cyclone resistant
  Earthquake resistant
  Light (which appreciably reduces foundations and enables existing buildings to be heightened)
  Whose costs and supply times are controlled from the design stage.

How do you?
  The developer or architect, via the approved firm, sends PROFIL DU FUTUR the dimensional drawings of the project, together with a description detailing the components it wants to use (type external cladding, type of internal walls, etc.) as well as any particular constraints specific to the job (geographic area, thermal and acoustic performance required, floor loadings, etc.)
  From the drawings, PROFIL DU FUTUR runs computerised technical analyses enabling the detailed drawing of the structure to be created, and a price to be produced.
  Using an approved company (Styltech approval awarded after training) trained in STYLTECH techniques, is an essential guarantee for the quality of installation and the proper progress of work.
