In accordance with the provisions of France’s 6 January 1978 law on computing, data and freedom, the automated processing of personal data gathered from the Profil du Futur web Site has been declared to France’s national computerised data protection commission (CNIL - Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés) which has issued an acknowledgement under number 815330.
Protection of computerised data
Any information or any document that you send to the Site by e-mail or by any other means, including data, questions, comments, suggestions or other, will be deemed non confidential, and may thus be used by Profil du Futur or by the Acelor Construction Group, for any purpose, and in particular for developing, manufacturing or marketing products whose development incorporates that information.
Some parts of the Profil du Futur web Site hold secure data which is then only accessible after prior identification of the user.
